1.Paste of Amla Powder- Take Dry Amla powder and make its paste with the help of water ,now use this paste in your hair and after five to ten minutes wash your hair.This reduces the increasing whitning hair and Hair Fall.Use this paste in two times a week .

2.Wash Hair With Amla water is best- The Method is as follows-

Take 25gm dry Amla and crush it having in big part,mix it with 250gm. water and remain it for whole night.Take the aawla pulp outside and just use the remaining solution in your head like an oil.After 10-20 min. Wash your hair with plane water.Wash Your hair once a weak if the are dry .
