I want to give u a suggestion that if you want to become slim then u just need to follow the following natural remedies

1.Everyday after taking dinner just take a cup of boiling water and take this boiling water as your last element and then after few minutes you go to sleep.This method is also helpful for digesting heavy food taken in any party or in any function.

This is the best method to reduce our extra fat from the body,but remember one thing that the maximum quantity of boiling water taken is only one cup a day.If u are having any problem with your digestion system then You just take this water after your food.

Since we are taking a cup hot boiling water hence it is best to adopt this method in winter season and do not take this hot boiled water in summer season or in very humid condition.
